Subject: Valuations thread

2008-10-13 22:14:04
Moylan just missed out on the NT requiremments and is only 22. I'd put a valuation of at least 1.5 million on him but i wouldnt even consider selling while his form is that poor.
2008-10-13 22:22:41
his form has never been above 3 man.
il show u the graph if u want...according to that its never been above 2 which shows the last 10 weeks iv had :)

1.5kk grand... was offered 1kk there now but with ur suggestions il delay a bit. he'll make NT next season anyways with incred pace as target.. and hes getting higher ratings than one NT def did in the last intl match even with current form :P

The ratings are partially based on how busy you are, they dont mean much at all.
I bought a similar player for 1.5 mil last season but he wasn't in the national squad. If you're not reliant on him playing in defence, try him in another position. His form might benefit from the change.
2008-10-13 22:54:19
hes playing mid for the last few games and no change :P although i thought there was at first.

i think he reacts negatively to playing 2 games a week or soemthing or even 90 minutes..im not sure what it is, but i need him wednesday to prevent a steamroll :P
2008-10-13 23:37:51
No point playing him twice a week in tragic form- he's also worth a lot less with his form that low. I'd rest him for the midweek games for a few weeks and see what happens.
2008-10-13 23:50:10
tragic or no tragic hes still a 45 rating and by far my highest so is needed :)
2008-10-14 10:36:50
tragic form defenders sometimes make tragic decisions and tragic mistakes in front of goal.
i always put low form playes to a DEFMID position so there is a cover....if that is an option at all of course.
2008-10-14 13:51:50
well he basically doesnt miss tackles is all :) tahst y i use em... il see how he goes tmw do against premier side :P

jirka I'd be interested to know how hard that is to read for a foreigner (presuming English isn't your first language?) cos I found it pretty bloody difficult ;oD

got used it to back in irc, where it was full of bbl, brb, rofl and so on.

i just wasnt sure whether doesnt miss any tackles is all meant that he wins them all or misses them all because the striker is gone by the time he show up for a tackle :)

Julien Linden, age: 23

club: lumbricus, country: België
value: 317 750 €, wage: 5 825 €
tragic form, good tactical discipline
bookings:
NTDB:
weak stamina hopeless keeper
brilliant pace outstanding defender
formidable technique poor playmaker
weak passing unsatisfactory striker

he just went for 1.3M

and you're telling me that my guy is worth more NIN?? :)

give or take that guy needs stamina and some more PM and passing but seriously!

A year younger, better stamina, playmaking and passing.
The age for Linden is the big problem. At 23 he's near past the time when teams will be willing to fix those problems. Given the choice i'd take Moylan every time.
2008-10-14 21:21:08
il barely get him to incredible pace id say and tech is few levels lower too man. although yeah i suppose ur right :)
2008-10-14 22:55:57
Linden went quite cheap, it was a bargain for whoever got him.

Kenyard I'll give you 1.5 mill for him
