I mentioned this a few weeks ago as a way to encourage investment in the youth squads.
When i get the youth squads for next season, the team with the best youths will be awarded 2 month's worth of Plus.
This competition is only open to the teams that are currently not in the Premiership so to be fair to the smaller clubs. The winnner will be at my discretion. I've got a system for working out the winner and i'm only going to say that it will be based on the best 6 players of each club that will be pulled within the normal 16 week limit.
