OK, i see that some candidates started with speaches, so i cant be worse;)

So...
Due to the fact that jirka made a decision to stop his work with the National Team, I would like to leave my assistant role and try to become the NT coach in nearest season. Most of you know me quite well, so I won`t write too much about myself despite the few facts that must be said.

I`ve started playing sokker 2 years ago, and since then I`ve already promoted to IVth league, and I`m doing quite well up here - it`s my 2nd season in the top of the league. It might sound like nothing special, but please remember that my league has better average ratings than Irish Premier Division, so the level of it is very high.

After one year of playing sokker I`ve been given mod buttons, which is a proof of my responsibility and knowledge about sokker.

The most important question at the moment is what can I offer to Ireland. We have failed to qualify to the World Cup, so we are going to have a preparation season for next qualifications. My plans include playing against teams from places 15-30 in the rank, to improve our rank and thanks to that get better position in the nearest draw. My goal is to achieve place nr. 20 in the NT rank. And yeah, Nin, I know that you think that we are capable of getting 15th position - I hope that you`re right and I`ll try to make it happen.

The second matter is to estabilish the team that will strive for success in the qualifications.

As for my tactical skills - I consider them to be very good. Tactics against Belgie[1:3] and Scotland[3:1](that one with some jirka's changes) were made by me. I`m experimenting a lot in my league, and I`m quite sure that they will work at national level. As for the main formation, I will consider which one is the best option against our opposition.

I have also plans about promoting best youngsters of Ireland. Talked about it with Nin already, but I still need to have a talk about it with few people, so no details yet.

So, that is all that I have to say. Most of you know me well enough to evaluate my skills, knowledge and idea by yourself. I hope that you will trust me.

Hello everybody! So, what I have to say... I know Raul from sokker well, and this season, I was played with China against Irleand, when you use Raul's tactic, it was very good tactic, and he prove that he is good manager. I think, that vote for Raul is vote for better future of Ireland. Greetings, Jiler.

btw, tactic for china (second game) wasn't good enough, i decided for some experiments with atts.

The formation you made for Scotland/Belgie more than makes up for the China one :) That tactic setup was one of the best I've seen.

Yeah, when Raul wrote on one of polish forums that he made great match against Belgie, I couldn't believe - I've thought that his talk about bad luck, 'engine bug' was just rubbish...bo then I watched it and yeah, it really was something! :)
