It's election time again. No i'm not kidding. Because some guy from Peru tricked a load of people into cancelling their campaigns, all elections are being re-run. Jirka, you have another game in charge.

By the way, i'm quite impressed with what you've done to the database. I thought i was geeky, you took it to a whole new level :D To Ganz

ok, can i see the revamped database then for my last game ?

If I get elected, I'd like to join the Mini World Cup and the U21 World Cup.

As far as I know, Ireland never participated in the U21 World Cup, or am I wrong Nin?


The Mini World Cup opponents will be approximately on the level as Ireland, the U21 WC will be much tougher, as most of the nations have much more user and thus it's more likely that they have more (and better) youth players ...

I barely played a U-21 game in my 3 seasons because... well you've seen our youth players. Our national team can just about compete with any team outside the top 10 but the U-21's will get killed by anyone top 40.

I support the idea of U21 WC so i register Ireland for you Ganz.

i dont think that u21 is good idea.
our youth is very weak, it's better to play some games u21 with similar teams.
and remember, that we should win so many games as possible, to get good place in ranking:)

I agree- I don't mind the occasional U21 game but in my opinion we don't have the players to mess around with it for 1/2 a season.

That being said, it is (will be) your choice Ganz ;). If you're comfortable with the idea go for it.

it will be easier to cancel registration than to try to join when the list if full...that's why i registered Ireland, the decision will be Ganz's

I doubt we'll ever have the players to be able to compete. We'd need twice the members we have.

i have an idea how to promote irish juniors... anyway, i need same time to work on it:)

and Nin is right... Ireland need much more users... how we can deny it? have you now any irish forums, where we can advert about sokker?

It's not that we dont get people signing up, the problem is they dont stay. I've tried making the forums more interesting (Didnt really work, i'm hardly Mr Personality) and they're busier than ever but it's the game itself that puts people off. I love the tactical engine and it's a major reason i stick with this game but for newbies, it's not easy to pick up and it's time consuming. Maybe the new skin will eventually make them stick around a little longer but at the moment, i'd be happy just to keep our current numbers.

i offered you my help with the mentoring system, maybe you should think about it one again;)
