Going on that they're not that special. I've 19 and 20 years olds in my squad who came in at 18 and are now better.

I have seen screenshots many times, just people haven´t put the proof to the forum those skills were taken.

Wow I never really understood the system properly at all!!

I have a guy who I got as a good week 22, he's now an excellent week 7. Does that mean he'll be really old when I get him?
2008-05-24 13:28:15
Not necessarily. 22-7 weeks is just short of a season.

If he's 7 weeks away, he'll turn out in Season 11. If he's been in your youth team 15 weeks i think that means he came in in the last week of Season 9. So he aged at the end of Season 9 and will age again at the end of this season. He'll be at least 18 if he was 16 when he joined your youth team.
2008-05-24 13:29:21
he will be 18-20.

jounior, when he comes to youth school, could be about 16-18, and he will be older with every next season in youth.
2008-05-24 13:32:16
Well that's not too bad. He'll be my best ever YP!

Shane Connell, age: 17

club: Baile Ard Aon, country: Ireland
value: 83 000 €, wage: 1 200 €
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

unsatisfactory stamina hopeless keeper
excellent pace hopeless defender
good technique poor playmaker
weak passing poor striker

I quite like him!
2008-05-25 18:41:10
If you can train him in defending he might be useful.
2008-05-25 22:17:26
Really? I was going to train him as a striker.
2008-05-25 22:18:16
Actually you've probably got a point there. Striking would be better.
