Just looking through the youths from last season, these would be the ones worth keeping an eye on.
Niall Beirne fclsd 19
Cormac Cully Super Athletico 19
Matthew Webb Sarenki 20
Danny Dealhunty Celtic Knights 18
Corey Croom Super Athletico 19
Ian McGuinness Dziki Ełk 20
Anthony Treacy Super Athletico 17
Gerard Place evilbunny united
Jake Scanlon Ulster Emmigrants 19
Jim Eccles FC Lenstar 19
James Morris GB Rovers 19
Niall Fenlon GB Rovers 20
Neil Deveraux Bad Tactics 18
Declan Marsh Bad Tactics 17
David Falvey Everestonians 20
Brian Vadanan Baile Ard Aon 18
John Dull Wisełka FC 18
Frank Kiely FC Stobierna 17
Cormac Lee Bad Tactics 19
George McEneaney Apoel Cormosia FC
Shane Connell Baile Ard Aon
What was most disappointing going through the list was how many good players have been ruined because they got sold to crap but rich (usually Polish) clubs who havent trained them properly. We need to do something about it because we cant afford to lose trainees, especially defenders.

Well I've still got my guy (Gerard Place) and he's one of gthe U21 keepers.
Problem with that is I dont have any plans to train keepers and anyone I sell him to probably won't either :/ All I can do is give him lots of pace training and hope for some random pops.

Maybe if we have a thread for promising youths and then, when someone is planning to move their youth on, can maybe give a week or two of notice so as some local managers can try and get a startegy together to take him over?
I have held onto Scanlon and fully expect his pace to hit formidable next week, after which I will be selling him, so maybe someone local can take him from me. I know Shane mentioned an initial interest when I pulled him (Scanlon; not Shane)

I think i was looking at Scanlon as well but passed because of his technique. That wouldnt be such an issue now i've sorted out my coach.
I'm training pace for most of this season so it's not going to suit him. He's a nice player though...
I dont remember his skills but i switch between pace and passing a lot at the moment. Anything else would be trained next season.
Gonna start a @Heads Up' thread - will post his skills there
