I'll be selling him and trading up a midfielder with the money. Changing training isn't an option although i did consider it.

press printscreen then go to paint then go to edit and paste it.Then save it on your computer and yes you do have to sign up to imageshack

When you printscreen it goes to your clipboard so open paint and right click and paste to show it. Than save it as a jpeg and go to imageshack to host it (no signup needed, just copy the link it gives you nin)

Open up Paint/Paint-shop Pro/ whatever you can open images with

Right click and it should give you the option to paste the image. Save it, then upload it to here.
