I'm undecided on him. Could be a defender but needs pace, technique and playmaking, could be a forward but would need pace, technique and more striking.
He is very talented though at 3.3

nice guy. for me he is defender.

I'll keep him for a few weeks to get his pace up a level. It'll make him look better for sale. I would keep him for longer but technique isn't a strong point of my training.
Although actually, training defence for a couple of weeks wouldnt hurt either. Talented 19 year old with average pace and formidable defending will get me some money :D

What are you training atm fella? If it is (or can be) pace or passing he'll benefit from both of those so hang on to him for the moment and get an idea of his talent.

I'm not exactly an expert on keeper values but I reckon you'll do quite well out of him. You'll do even better though if he could have pace or passing training for the rest of the season and you could gt a proper picture of his talent.

yep, but if he poped before you noticed him, there is a chance, that we wasnt long there, so probably he is talented.

was training Striking at the end of last season and I'm in a bit of a change over period becuse I need to play more defensively.
