Hmm ... some of the delete ones didn't log in for more than half a year. Don't think they're a big loss ;-)

Agreed. It kind of shows why some kind of automated system is needed if they've been left for that long.

Before deleting teams I always take a look how often they log in. Most of the teams I delete log in only 3 or 4 times. Those teams I delete without hesitation. But there are a few that logged in regularly. I wait some more time to delete these kinda team. And some of them I could "save" like this while an automated system would just delete every team that crossed a certain amount of days without login.
Therefore I prefer doing such things manually.

well an automated reminder email might bring them back :)

I thought new managers were supposed to go into the bottom division? Our two new users have gone into the middle

That was changed about one year ago I think. greg found out that the percentage of the user who stay increased, when new teams were accepted in the bottom two divisions.
I don't really agree with this, but since we can't choose the teams which will be replaced we don't have any chance to change that ...

yeah would be an idea to be able to choose who'se replaced.. or to go by rankings.. that would also be intersting.. to remove the lowest ranking team....

Could well be the same guy on both teams. Look at their last log-ins
