i know admins in poland got asked i mean they picked most experienced and active users and they were on trials for a months or something and if they were good enough they kept them

You can't apply for the admin job. If there's a need for an admin, admins are usually choosing one of the mods to become admin. Of course all international admins need to have a certain level of English. Even though we only have one English native admin, we have admins who're living in an English speaking country, they're level of English is almost perfect aswell.
Anyway, as admin you don't have to communicate with users too often, you're concentrating on the hidden things which should make it possible to run this game without complications. Therefore imo the English level of those dealing with the English mails is high enough and won't cause any problems.

The officials who're supposed to be in contact with the community are the moderators. And there are many English native moderators.

Anyway, I don't think that we don't have enough admins. As long as everybody's doing his job, there's no problem at all.

job done. might apply for admin when i get home to ireland so anyways, to sort crap out.. have to tone down my club page though i would figure..although i had planned on doing that soon anyways.. am gonna need someone to create me a logo :)

EDIT: just read geg's post.. have to go through mod powers first so it seems - *rollseyes* :P

dont really know if its worth it to be honest.. im only really active on irish and intl forums.. stick to a few threads only...

Yes I noticed that, very questionable.

this brings us to 108 at the moment.. which is possibly our highest ever...
i think we should get a sokker ieland (pl) foum too..maybe then we could keep track of youths fom juniors out of those teams... :P
at the same time i dont have a problem with his team name, but am guessing there might be someone somewhere...

Yeah monitoring the youths from all these new clubs could be worth it seeing as it's not a competitive U-21 season.
I've sent a message to LV, I didn't find it acceptable and I'd much rather keep politics far away from this forum.

na he got around the these clubs anyway... theres no point bombarding him every day with messages about it.. i figure every second day would do it, if we have applicants waiting longer than 24 hours...
