poor week, but pops were for important players mainly so its all good :)

he's a crazy player caus of his pace and tech..but he has none of the other skills high enough yet to be U21! i dunno about NT though if he has chances.. might get a game or 2 in the U21 next season, but i cant see him fitting into the team.. defence is gonna be super strong, strikers are decent (3x outstanding or even formiddable is better than redmond because its more evenly distributed)
and midfield either needs high defensive attributes, or good playmaking and passing

Dont want to keep going on about it, but if u are updating, the stamina was Redmond too (to adequate) - personally, I'd prefer to play my fella than a 3x formidable or outstanding, and i reckon long run, i am better training him this way rather than to get a place in the U-21, but appreciate the update anyhow

even if you switched training to his other requirement(s), he probably wouldnt make the team next season as it takes a while to improve sufficiently..
its up to next seasons manager to choose anyway ;)
when you can see all the player stats, its a difficult choice most times, and you just have to go with whats probably best...
although i do remember him coming on in one match and running clean through everyone... :)
anyway.
just for anyone intersted, iv updated the NT association forum with probably players for next season, as it stands...
things change often though...

and yes there are sublevels. thats commonly accepted. so incredible +8 is way better (probably if he pops to brilliant the week after, incredible +8 is about the same as brilliant)
usually i find my player gets a higher rating on the week he is about to pop than he did the 2-3 weeks before... generally abuot 2-3% higher..
- you will notice training tragic to hopeless only takes about 2 weeks, whereas incredible - brilliant takes 5 or 6 weeks in a normal player of the same age in your player training..
youth school talent is always the same no matter what the pop is from. so he will be half way to magical by the time he comes out - which does give him extra skills ;)

im guessing he can be 17 anyway-so its not all bad!

messed up me bleeding training - decided on stamina training and sent out my first team but forgot to switch to stamina. Thats annoying. No pops!
lol. i just switched mine to stamina there now and switched head coaches.. both are unearthly in stamina, and magical general appraisal, but my main guy most likely has more subskill as my main junior coach is only 35k a week...

36 general pops in other skills than pace
over 15 weeks thats 2/3rds of a stamina pop a week, and 8/3rds of a general pop a week
would love to improve assistants to see if that increases next season, although older team wont help plus cash limitations will prevent it :)
