Ah hang on, you need to check that what you're using to submit him is up to date, otherwise the skills don't show up. There's no other reason why he'd not be passed.

I should probably mention that for those of you still using Firesokker or Greasemonkey they'll no longer work properly. I'd advise getting rid of them and installing OSokker into Firefox

also that osokker is being constantly updated.. so check it every so often for more updates.. its really handy...
can arrange players in order of skills.. display them in a small grid with numbers etc... or well maybe thats sokker changes, but i doubt it :)

last week i had +1 defender also... im expecting +8 next week or very soon anyway!

Ya, that's what would put me off. You'd be trying to train him properly aged 20 and I don't think that's enough time looking at his skills
Looking at him as a striker I think he could have been Formidable x 3 by the time he hit 21.
