Training pace at the moment.
Question gent.... When does the training week start?? I think I have incorrectly been starting on Monday. If I want to train a player to 100% in a week (ie play them in both the league & a friendly) & I want to train them on say Technique. Do I change my training to Technique on Thursday & then it will cover the Sunday & Wednesday games? It seems obvious but I just assumed the Sokker week started on Monday!

Training happens on Thursday so technically training starts on Friday with the U-21 games and ends on Wednesday with the friendly or cup games. I would say playing around 110 minutes a week will get full training.
also doesnt matter how many times or when you change the training. whatever is set at 06:30 sokker time on thursday morning is what is trained.
it totals up play time and bases training on that.
if you had as many pops as you say you cant be doing too bad :)
also playing 2 games = 100% training.
1 league game = ~85% training
1 friendly = ~75% training
so playing 1 player in the 2 games gives him an extra 15% training only... if he plays 45 minutes in the second game he gains around 10% of the available 15%...
its best to have 5 players for each match as there is pretty much 160% available training for 2 players or 100% for one... your choice :)

pretty much yeah. week 15 you can arrange a friendly sure.
week 16 has a qualifier also if you get the chance to play it (top teams in 2nd divisions or first divisions, position 5-7 in prem +first divisions). so if you do get it, you can get the 2 matches that week (i purposely finished 5th in the first division one season so i could get the extra training week)
week 16 (or week 0 as the game calls it) then has the cup game. so 1 game only. its on the wednesday so no friendlies this week.
since its the first week of the cup everyone plays it.
basically if you need 2 weeks stamina do them both weeks assuming you dont have a qualifier.
arrange your friendly for week 15 - players who play get general training anyway which is handy, even if you are only doing stamina.
if you need 1 week of stamina only, then do it week 15, and do normal training week 16. (cup games are official games so give higher % training)
if you have a qualifier do the opposite. training week 15, stamina week 16, as you have 2 games week 15 then ;)

Barring a disaster in the final two games I should go up automatic (I kinda have to coz I'll most likely end up against Madrista otherwise & I would find that very tough) so hopefully no play off for me.

Yep I saw that on the cz link... I'm hopeful coz I won the division last season so my final two games are at home... my only fear is I dont really have a striker back up so an injury to one of my trio in the final two games could be huge...

i reckon ill get the auto promotion straight off..
i have a 10 point average advantage over every other team there minimum at the moment.. though ill be doing a big rebuild next season i reckon...
may even leave it a season before trying to get promoted again..
