yeah i was thinking same. i guess he will be there or there about for the NT if he gets some balance.
as a mid he doesnt have a specific role just yet. defensive mid needs more defender, winger needs higher tech.
central mid just needs a bigger balance of stuff

imo - minimum 2 season tech, then defence and pass;)

3 more weeks on playmaking and then tech, thats my plan so far
its a lot of tech to have to give when training 9 other players also ;)
its my problem also.
players becoming unbalanced because im doing training which is best for 2-3 players.
i have a guy also needs 2 season tech,
age 21
value: 890 750 €
wage: 7 975 €
unearthly form
bookings:
formidable stamina hopeless keeper
magical pace poor defender
adequate technique incredible playmaker
incredible passing weak striker
will be maybe this time next season before i can consider some tech... and he will never get a lot of it, so will be just unearthly/divine pace, passing, PM, excelelnt/formid tech :P

yeah keepers can pop mate. only keepers get trained passively in keeper skill too
sure, i know, but it never happens, as usually keepers are sold right after they popped. guess i made quite a little penny with him.
i had +6 passing i think it was this week. tech pop too, and youths looking nice, so was decent.
will update more when i get home over weekend. either way my 2x NT mids popped nicely.
am wondering where to go with satheramoortys training
i also have a very nice kepeer for sale for anyone who wants to get one for 3mill or so

Hi guys.
A question about your stamina training. I always train stamina once a season on week zero (the one game week!) I was wondering does anyone not train stamina at all and just rely on the passive training? I know it trains really quickly but I was considering trying to squeeze in an extra week of pace training!!

i have 10 trainees and train them all in pace for those 1-2 weeks.
my head coach is unearthly in stamina so i get 1-2 pops in general training over a season anyway.
the only issue is they are usually only average/adequate stamina by U21 but by 23/24 reach formid
if you have a lower level head coach train them. its amazing how performances differ with high stamina especially if you find yourself losing in the second half

Excellent. I have a Magical head coach with Unearthly stamina so I definitely will switch to your system.
I know what you mean about the effect low stamina has on games but at least 9 and probably 10 of my starters will be max stamina anyway in the league games so it isnt a big issue.
