i dont know exactly... the decision about retire is random, so its possible that this one coach thinks "i'm to young to end my career!!!";)

most iv ever had! finally getting an understanding of this training lark! think iv added about 200k value onto one player already too :D hes after popping twice in defence in about 3-4 weeks :D

one more general question also... if i set the tactics of 3 subs as defender and bring them on during a match in a midfielders position will they get equivalent of defender training or midfielder training...?

Nope, they would come on as midfielders with midfield orders.
