Subject: Training

Just realised I've been training technique, with a coach who is brilliant in that department, for the past season, I forgot to change it to my coach with unearthly technique :(.

Back to Striker training for me now, haven't made the same mistake this time thankfully.

lol! 4 week pops minimum! seems best unless theyre worth training more!

+3 pace
+2 tech
+1 pm
+1 striker (to hopeless in a defender)

+0 YS

must be doing something wrong for main training... average age of infinitely low and hardly atin in the last 2 weeks! thats training 21 a week and most are like weak/average pace!

Indeed :) Right pops went to the right players thankfully.
2009-05-21 14:57:04
yeah well that wont happen again now for a while :P
im hoping for a major haul next week! 7 pace in 2 weeks out of about 19 players who should be 3-4 week poppers!
need a few new trainees too...was looking at turnipfish's guy..but that pace is never gonna rise to anything considerable :P

i never realised 18 year old talented players were so valuable. crazy money on some players out there at the moment!
2009-05-22 18:58:02
Yup- that's why saarumarc could have a gem on his hands as if the guy's talented he'll be able to train way past the level those 18 year olds are at in 2 seasons.
2009-05-22 21:16:09
guess so... makes sense longterm... maybe i should look into 16 year olds more... the thing is i dont much train younger younger players.... minimum i buy is 18... same for trainees... they look too much to train at a younger age...
2009-05-22 21:21:09
have we got mininukinfuts training keepers longterm? how much money he got?
just wondering because it looks great if he got NT experience! (U21) and celtic knights are finished with dealahunty = U21 keeper...

for future we need to have a setup for every year i feel... will try and plan a team for this seasons youths with Nin from what are posted

I've come to the same conclusion. I simply can't be bothered with players below 18, unless they're at the level of 18 year olds. Too much work, too long to train, too weak to play in a competitive team.
2009-05-22 21:24:43
Celtic Knights sold Dealhunty because they're training his replacement.
I've been updating the last couple of days but I've not had anything from you because I don't know what you're using. I'll do a big update of everything around Week 8 and start putting together an idea of what we've got for next season.
2009-05-22 21:26:02
thats the problem i have... they cant play in young team......! i wouldnt mind if they got random training or something.. but unless they play means i cant afford anything below 18 =decent player!
2009-05-22 21:30:34
Even if you don't buy them, if they're good enough someone else will. We are reliant on other countries training our players.
2009-05-22 22:09:54
I'd quite happily take some talent 3-4 16 year olds, and I'd still kick Nins ass in the league ;)
