Hurrah. With all your money you'll be joining us in the top league soon then?

I was going to but then I decided the top league was for fannies.

I do see the attraction of training players properly yourself and sometimes it's annoying having to sell someone with good talent cos further pace training has become unviable but I'm too lazy to do it any other way. I couldn't be bothered having to play my forwards inj midfield in my friendlies or whatever.

The ease factor is so sweet when training pace and yeah it wasn't an efficient way of training at first but I think now that I've got it up and running properly it works really well - using the profits from the pace training to upgrade players in the other skills as and when needed.

End of the season doesnt matter that much if the player is still good for his age. I've got a very talented guy coming next week. My best guy though (talent around 3.2) is in 5 weeks.

From incredible - i am training strikers at moment, any suggestions on what to do with him. He would probably make a lovely mid-fielder and i think he has a high talent. I could train him as a striker though

I think he's fine to train as a striker if he's got the talent. The fact he's got those secondaries will benefit him as a player in the long run. I always think it's worth hanging on to the high talent ones and fitting them into your training as they'll always do well in the long term.

This guy might test my theory though :) He's got one of the best talents I've ever got (3/3/3/3/4/3) but I've just gone through a full season of pace training so I've got to figure out if he'll ever get enough in pace.
