This lot are due to be pulled today anyway. If Chris Lee ends up being a keeper i'll cry.

The fact that he's 18 is a huge and very pleasant suprise. For someone that trains mids though, he's not ideal. I dont train technique or playmaking. I'll listen to advice.

Roughly how long would it take to get Chris Lee to Average technique? I'd like to keep him if possible

Depends on his subskill ...

But with this talent, from weak to average won't take longer than 2 weeks. I think from poor to average should be possible in 3-4 weeks ...

I'll strongly consider keeping him then. I wasn't planning on training technique and playmaking until next season but i think i can work him into the team.

I've noticed recently that the youths set to come in next season are much better than normal. I dont think i have anyone under Outstanding set for next season yet.
