Is it not against the rules for NT candidates to spam the users? I received one soam a few days ago and told him not to spam me. But the same candidate has just spammed me again

It's against the rules alright. You can report it to a mod if you want (seeing as I know it's not me ;) )

Please send me (or another other Moderator) the information and it will be attended to. :)

Done.

I feel pretty low going and reporting someone but I'm not happy that he blatantly ignored my first strongly worded request not to spam me again, and also I don't think it's a fair way to go about things really, especially considering the fairly small number of votes needed to win the election here

You should not feel low for reporting. Election rules are clear, and those who don't follow them are competing unfairly.

That language is not appropriate.

I guess you overlooked the post above with the c word ;)

I've been trying to figure out what the second post was if the first post wasn't considered as bad ;)

Few candidates spamed my mail as well but i just ignored them

I didn't overlook it. I did miss it.

Might be brilliant banter for a couple of 12 year olds on the playground. It's inappropriate here.
