Better buy younger trainees and get an advantage on all positions.

And he won't have any problems if somebody is going to explain him the tactics board. All other teams are playing with the "Normal" tactics, 4 teams are bots, so even with the weakest team he'll win matches if he knows how to set tactics! ;-)

Exactly. He's got a 25 year old striker, no other decent players, no-one to train them and no money to set up anything else he'll need to survive in a higher division.

Instructions first. There's no point in messaging people if i've got nowhere to send them.

I think buying a multi-skilled coach at the sart is pointless too as the untrained skills are essentially wasted (as you can't afford good enough assistants).

I would advise getting a coach who is unearthly in one discipline (personally I'd go for technique) and then work on setting tactis an getting in some young players. That way you can win the league through tactics and let your young players build up in your reserves, and build from there.

Definitely to just blow it all on one old player is one of the worst things you could do.

I'm going to advise a coach with stamina + 1 other skill.

plus if he didnt invest in coaches then he will ear ~20k a week so will have 3 players obught for 300k by first division and if he doesnt invest in youths and good coaches there also then will earn probably 60k perweek to spend on players = 2 players a season...

you can work the system either by training or just buying... just buying players messes up the NT future though which is a problem also because that affects incomes of everyone and ranks etc so far as i know...?

kenyard I think you're onto something there - I just realised that if I sold all my players and coaches, I'd save about 120k per week on salaries. Scrap the youth squad too, and I'm up to almost 150k. That equates to about 2.25 million per season!!!

Now, if I use that 2.25 mill to NOT buy players, I'd probably be saving myself another hundred odd thousand per week in wages!

3 players for 100k each right? You cant buy decent players for 100k and you cant then turn them into decent players if you havent got anyone training them. The 60k a week idea is ludicrous as well. He's got 2 months to train his team or he'll go absolutely nowhere in Division 1. With older players, no-one training them and a more difficult league, he's simply going to run out of money to replace them

So you buy players, they get older, you sell them for less than you bought them for and repeat. How is that not wasting money

20k a week for a season =20x 14 = 300k not 100k player :P

an yeah its wasting money. look at youths. isnt that wasting 50k a week if u dont get good players too sur. maybe u shud just focus on training altogether.. balance is needed and he'll find that eventually :)

why not look for similar players with lower wages while ur at it so :P

clearly ur in top division an ur advice is better than others as uv had more experience. all im saying is he can get by with a few good players for a few seasons...

20 x 14 is 280k. 280k a season is nothing.
As for training, if you look at my team you'll see Richard Kemp, Jonathon Holt and to a lesser extent Chris Lee who have came from my youth team. If i was to sell those 3 players i'd be looking at around 10 million from them. My youth costs are around a million a season. Now look at the other juniors i've bought in, Corrochano, Jarve, Dillon, Scirea and my star Domingo. The value of those in the current market is between 13-17 million.
