Subject: Coaches

Just bought my first brilliant and I was just about to put him in the assistants when I realised it probably makes more sense to put him in the youth and stick my outstanding youth coach into my assistants.

So just wondering would people agree? Is it best to have your best coach in the youth yeah?

depends. if you have lot of prospect youth, it's good... but if only few juniors with avarage talent, there is no sence in it.

100% as a youth coach. You'll get more out of him from there. Of course if over two weeks you can afford to pay out more money get a magical youth coach :)

we're kinda in the first division here mate :P

but yeah. i have 2 brilliants, one main, one youth and youths are popping decently.

i figure youth system is not financially plausible unless you have at least 15 youths and a good coach. incredible would be the minimum at this stage id say.

asistants - look at NIN's pops recently - 6 randoms in a week. i couldnt even dream of that :P

i had 3 this week from 3 assistants averaging formid... :( and thats what i usually get.

head coach also has a bearing on randoms of course which is probably why im not even getting 4 or so

I know :) I always came out on a small loss over two weeks on economy when I was less solvent. If you're making money from attendances and sponsors then you're spending too little on them.

im coming out with a 70k loss every 2 weeks atm... :( but can survive until season bonus and hope to improve enough to be able to win more than 2 matches next season! although i shud bring that number to 4 or 5 i hope soon!
