Unfortunate with the secondaries, they would need a lot of work before he turns into a quality player. They would certainly restrict his value if you were to sell.

thing is, to get to average/adequate, you would need 2 seasons in pace and tech...
by then hes 19, an all around player, who just doesnt cut it...

personally i cant see him becoming anything anytime unless he has serious talent...if he does you can expect 2 week pops in everything basically!

get him to excellent pace and sell since ur on pace. shud be half way through next season... round week 4 i find is good for sales
