we seem to have about 6 a week generall on average at the moment... not too bad i guess, some of em arent bad. NIN hes young, decent prospect

My 2 month wait for a promotable youth player is almost over, just 2 more weeks!

And in 6 weeks my best youth player ever will be promoted, Scott Kemp, talent somewhere between 3-4, currently incredible, hopefully magical by promotion time

i got a magical...20 and pretty crap but talent was sweet... just dont get ur hopes up too high is all! talent s fierce handy though.. 2 week training for pace pop there so hopefully he'll be savage by 22-23

im amazed at how players are coming out good from junior very good, and excellent who was useless!
Juniors are really starting to seem like a waste to me when u can buy one a week of those stats for 20k!

5 pops for me, and 2 randoms.. cant understand randoms, caus i have 1 assistant whos very good only and get 2 a week! i had 3 averaging formidd and a better head coach and only got 2.66 a week

I seem to get good luck with VG's actually, they seem to be young most of the time as well.

Yeah but maybe those otehr better coahces 'charged up' your randoms, and now your other fella is reaping all the rewards

i'm training def atm , escpecially the young guy, should i train him ??

first guy is probably worth 700k...more when u consider u have a outstanding coach only... prob talent of 3.75 with unearthly train coach... 0.85M maybe..

first guy needs pace. stevediamond might be interested... love his PM but passing is weak too...=problem

needs 2 seasons of straight pace i think = incredible maybe.. then more defender/pace and hopefully a few random passing pops..

second guy... do what u will... hes young and good for adequate... talent could be savage too. 3.0-4.5 range
i dont bother with players that young but when he hits 18-19 might be worth a good bit if u put in the effort, or might even become a future star..ur guess is as good as mine :)

EDIT: WOW THIS WEEKS ONLY YOUTHS ARE THEM FROM LIST :S

we have aobut 12 next week though!
