I'm interested to see what everyone else's coaches are like and what you're training. I have a suspicion some of you arent getting the best out of them.

I'm currently training stamina so i've swapped them around a bit but generally i stick to pace and passing.

I can only imagine his wages are big.

50k per week, but I've 4mil in the bank so I can keep him going for a while.

You'd probably have been better off with this guy. Technique and pace are needed for all outfield players so it's always a good idea to prioritise those two + one other skill. Plus all the money you spent on a coach with secondary training doesnt mean much without 3 assistants.

40k is a lot to be paying for a brillaint coach. Mine is 27k

id be more concerned aobut the incredible whos 45k.
i had one for 19k there a while back before i had to sack him

Whats the best way to search for coaches?

depends... the recruit coaches with everything on magical except goalkeping can be good but if ya run it a couple of times u cud end up paying as much as to buy a coach.. and u mitent get anything out of it then either..

Recruiting works best if you plan on overhauling your setup completely. That way a coach you pull that isn't quite up to what you want as a main coach can be used as a junior or assistant instead.

Anyone looking for a coach should break the bank to get this guy. Unearthly in everything a midfielder or defender would need. He's as good as you'll ever find for that wage and i'd be bidding for him if i had the money.
