That's a pretty good wage for a magical I presume then?

GOnna go for him for my youth squad. The deadline is at a really sh!tty time though, no way I'll be awake for that :(
2009-02-19 14:46:27

If I'm just looking to upgrade my YC from brilliant, and don't care about skills, you reckon I should just use recruitment?
2009-02-19 14:57:42
dunno... wages in recruitment can be a killer... if ur looking just for a magical, yeah i guess its probably gonna be 600k for one 42k wage...

recruitment can be really frustrating though :)
especially if you get a load of decent brilliants which u have to fire then afterwards :P

edit: personally iv got lucky with it recently though...

Recruitment is best done after the pub on friday night, you don't get as frustrated doing it drunk :) Of course, like most drunken nights, you have the danger of waking up the next morning to find your money's gone and you've got yourself a minger...
2009-02-19 15:02:20
yeah... generally its not the mingers that run away with ur wallet though

:(

Artur Bielicki, age: 65

wage: 29 350 €
brilliant coach

feels crap to have to sack them when they have half decent wages...

2nd shot I got a magical with wage 51,600

I recrutied him for now cos I saw that guy with wage 42k sold for well over 1 mill so to me it makes sense to just keep this guy. Would youse agree?
2009-02-22 22:02:32
His wage is fairly steep. I got a magical with wage 41k yesterday
2009-02-23 00:31:45
my magical has 35k wage... although he's lower end of the magical scale...
2009-02-23 10:07:46
49,35,36,37,37 are the prices of my magicals. No pops last week (one randon) so i think their useless :|
2009-02-23 13:14:51
meh.. maybe next week you'll get a lot ;)

EDIT: thats some wage bill all the same :)

Can any of you remember the kind of money you paid to get those kind of wages?
2009-02-23 22:41:59
My guy cost me €26,250. Got him on my first try

same mate... i was looking for a head coach or something, and he turned up... its best to have a few coaches need when ur looking so incase another one turns up, then you can use them for that...
at the moment, im happy with basically everything (considering i have 6 coahces as assistants) so i wil wait and see how that goes.. if it goes badly, i will buy 3x outstanding assistants... 60k cost each, 15k wage each approx...
as for my head coach... magical pace... im unsure as to how that will affect the next 2 seasons of pace training i have planned...
2009-02-24 16:02:19
Right screw this I just spent over 100k and got offered 2 outstandings and an incredible! That money would have covered the salary difference for the rest of the season; think I'll just stick for now, and maybe try again when I'm drunk
2009-02-24 16:09:44
mate it worksd then :P
maybe because money is no limit when ur drunk :P
