You could just go for a coach with unearthly pace and rubbish everything else
That would not be a good idea for the amount of random pops you'd lose.
He's not ideal for pace training but the loss shouldn't be huge.

Whatever you save on wages you'd lose massively on the value of your youths.
Nin's right- it's a false economy to save like that on coaches. If you're not just breaking even over two weeks (ie including your league crowd) you're not spending enough on coaches.
i am at the moment :)
loss of 40 000 this week.. should cover that easily even though im playing low teams for the rest of the season 200k is a sellout crowd for me... so that covers it... my main aim was 3x outstanding assistants = 20k more expenditure which i should be able to cover.. and hood is valued at "some 3.5- 4 mil EUR" so if i come into trouble can rely on him...
coaches are worth it in my opinion... at this stage im unwilling to invest in a coach who wont do me longterm... iv spent too much on coaches who are replaced at the start of every season!
@ Nin.. cheers for the advice.. asked on intl forum also.. and they suggest its about a 10% or less loss in training.. which means 1.5 trainings over a season which isnt that much for me considering the cost of a new coach probably... at this stage new coach = magical.. and une3arthly in everything except keeper!

yeah.. which means.. considering im on defenders.. its not worth investing further at this stage... :)
cheers guys :)

Yeah I was looking at him, his price is already fairly high though.
My juniors coach has the same unearthly x5, 6k more expensive in his wages. Got him for 35k though, 1st pull in the trainer recruitment.
Only formidable, with Unearthly Defending. Then I've got 1 Incredible and 2 outstanding assistants
formiddable? u must get very few general pops so as a result.. head coach has a massive bearing on training mate!.. id go with nothing below incredible.. even at that id love a magical.. keeper lowish and everything else high..
then again u sem to be doing ok for urself :P
