formiddable? u must get very few general pops so as a result.. head coach has a massive bearing on training mate!.. id go with nothing below incredible.. even at that id love a magical.. keeper lowish and everything else high..
then again u sem to be doing ok for urself :P

have finally got my coaches up to a bit of a decent standard... 2x outstandings and 1x formiddable..who will be upgraded during next season to incredible if my finances are allowing.. 12k 15.5k and 15.5k are costs
at the moment thats about a 70k loss per week due to fan mood and without math income (stadium allows 180k income)
balances over 2 weeks :)
3x incredible assistants is next target until i can maintain a place in the premier

is this really paying off ?!? i pay 76k in total for my coaches. my credo is not to live on negative income...
and the difference between an outstanding and incredible coach imo is not worth the extra money....

thats what im wondering...
at the moment though i feel my training is being very successful... im putting it down to improved coaches ;)

magical in striker unearthly in everything else...

i found my ideal coach there now. will bid as high as i can afford to get him. unearthly in all except keeper and striker

If he stays at that price then I'll have him, he's unlikely too though.

definately gonna be a last few minute watchers alright :)

1 Unearthly coach, 67000 managers who want him. Unless you're supremely rich it's just not worth the transfer price.

im pretty sure that the top 1000 managers in poland already have the ultimate setup :P
although yeah. ur right..as i said..2 mill probably..i only see one on transfers about once a month

There was a coach like him over the weekend, Unearthly in everything but Keeping, wage of 38k, I forgot about him and missed his deadline. I was pissed off

wow! then again i got my guy on like 4-5 goes in thingy plus im not that bothered about striking (brill is pretty high anyways)

think the lottery system is the way to go at this stage really.. i wont ever need to replace my guy i figure.. only assistants at this stage and YC eventually to unearthly when i get to premier and can stay there ~2 seasons

I've tried that thing numerous times and never got anyone decent out of it. I've given up now

yeah know what you mean... sometimes its just not worth it.. plus for high skill coaches its 30k a pop and it adds up :)
