Can anyone tell me if a pace pop every 7 weeks on a 21 year old is good, average, bad or terrible?

Depends on whether is average to adequate or brilliant to magical. For the first it's terrible, for the second would be average. My rough guess would be every four weeks up to solid, 5 weeks until outstanding and then a week a level after that.

german stats on this mate (theyve loadsa data, i hafnt checked on it recently but theres a load in what they have already)

anyways here it is for 21 year olds in pace

21 Years of age
4 Weeks to solid (8)
3 Weeks to excellent (10)
4 Weeks to excellent (10) ||
5 Weeks to formiddable (11) |
6 Weeks to formiddable (11)
7 Weeks to formiddable (11)
5 Weeks to outstanding (12)
6 Weeks to outstanding (12) |||
4 Weeks to incredible (13)
5 Weeks to incredible (13)
6 Weeks to incredible (13) |
5 Weeks to brilliant (14)
6 Weeks to brilliant (14)
7 Weeks to brilliant (14) |
7 Weeks to magical (15)
6 Weeks to unearthly (16)

From that 7 weeks to anything below formiddable is pretty dire :P

id say if he generally has talent, expect a 6 week pop next time though caus its probably that he was 10.95 before that pop so could be 11.15 this time say meaning hes already a long way twoards popping...

even 7 weeks is pretty crap mate and might be worth a sale...
5 weeks seems to be optimum...

anyone who works on those numerical figures.... you figure they apply to coaches??? as in an unearthly coach in stats can be 16 - 16.99

anywhere in that range, caus im pretty sure theres a difference between coaches... i had 2x brilliants at once stage, and swapped them in youths for a few weeks... the cheaper guy didnt get as good pops as the other guy, as in there were a lot of talents below what they were with the other guy i figured....

obvously since theres no definite way of knowing the exact talent of a youth, its almost impossible to verify, but i still figure theres something there, so some coaches are better than others... even though they both say unearthly at face value

OK well my guy was 7 weeks to very good, so I guess it's time to offload him! Cheers, those stats are very useful actually too.

;)

its y i have em all saved to a txt file on my portable hdd. dead handy for comparing talents...

seems similar for all talents that popping to formiddable is about the level when it takes an extra week to get players to pop..

EDIT: typical example... maackeloch, my 20 year old with 3.66talent in ys has gone 4 weeks on excellent... then again my training is weird..so i dont know if hes actually getting close to 100% every week at the moment (55 mins league match, 35 minutes friendly each week) = 90 minutes but i think it might not be even

it means roughly 96percent of training.
90mins Sunday is 100percent training
90 mins Wednesday is 90percent

you have a mixture so id say about 96.

as for a pops, i wouldnt keep anyone who doesnt pop to very good on 4th training in pace or 3rd in anything else.

Intensity of training also depends on your trainers, obviously the main skill, but also your assistants.
2008-11-26 04:33:49
na im pretty sure training is just main coach for what ur training caus iv gone weeks with no assistants and still had 4 week pops etc...

assistants give random pops caus when i had no assistants stamina decided to go down in players etc... (stamina seems to have the highest talent and i figure players with good talent also have a high rate of declining talent also - just a random guess but id say im right...)

@jirka, i dont have my hard drive with me so cant send u on any more data about that training stats right now... ask in sokker intl and im sure mauser will oblige ou with a link to the page... i only have few mins left on comp here so prob wont have time to find it
