Subject: U21 National Team

looks a strong team all the same.
of those a lot of the 19 year olds are really strong, and will play next season anyway.
i think it mite be an idea to try and arrange friendlies with next seasons players,

of this seasons players, robinson, reilly as strikers potentially..
sathiamoorty, Beaumont as mids.
i cant see any of the 21 yr old defenders making it. 20 year old defenders are as strong as the current guys, and with the extra season training they will pass them.
they were our weakness this season. i think next season its our mids probably, and underdeveloped strikers as our 20 year olds arent terribly strong.

Wayne Coney is now Divine GK.
2012-01-06 10:04:25
Impressive! Maybe it's better to let him rest today. Not sure yet.

hes a keeper. chances of injury are minor anyway

sick keeper though.
when u choose to sell decka give me 2 weeks notice. ill sell my english guy and take him on. maybe give him some passing and pace longterm

Don't worry kenyard, when I'm ready to sell you'll be the first to know. There's 2 good young Irish GK prospects out there that I could replace him with.

2012-01-21 13:28:13
Well, I'd like to say thats justice for the first match, but I haven't paid any attention to sokker for a while so its unfair to you :(
2012-01-21 16:02:17
The result was unfair indeed. But no problem. It didn't matter anyway. Good luck in the next matches.

I can not believe I lost :-( qualification. matches with Denmark were decisive, but I can not understand how we defeated Cymru, shame, I was very close to qualifying, was an accessible group. That's it! The I've seen almost all play with wing in important games. I think we must try.
2012-01-23 19:08:48
i said same. but if u saw what players we have we dont really have anyone capable of being a winger.
satheramoony is onyl one with decent tech level, but he is slow, and needed in the middle as we dont really have other mid options.

i think cymru showed though alright, agnles for passes were never right, so few opportunities were created, defensively we are solid and will improve next season defensively even, i think that led to such a good campaign.

Cymru weren't ever going to be pushovers for Ireland, and Denmark and Bulgaria are very strong compared to Ireland.

Groene did a good job, and was unlucky.
