should I just keep training away with keeper training?

coney is 19 and divine keeper :)

training his keeper is the way to make him valuable/good :)

im gonna do a cleanup of the NTDB there later today also, promote who will make NT, + maybe U24 team or something, just to keep them around. and delete those who wont.

U21 squad will need some working also. although we had a few U20 games recently so i think groene knows what we have :)

Difficult generation. Our defenders are nice for a country of our level. We don't have double magical ones, but it's decent and solid. On DefMid we have Whenham and Reddy, 2 very nice players and together with Coney the base and the real class of the team next season. We really lack some "building" abilities and good PM-Passing combinations. We don't have them at the moment. Our strikers are just 20 years old and are nice in their age. Probably they will be overclassed by older defenders and by better teams. The next coach will have a difficult task, but you can't say the talent isn't there!

indeed. i can see a lot of draws... breaking through opposition will be the challenge. strikers are pacey. so if we had good passer somewhere maybe it cud work

The match showed it too. I think the purpose must be to win against non-top40 teams. Then the future coach would have done a great job imo.

yeah. lack of strikers is gonna be the issue. though i think over the course of this season if charles gets tech training he will hit incredible in ~5-6 weeks and then he shud break a few tackles

next season wont be easy, thats why i am applaying, could learn new things and get more practise, mainly with tactics, think i did great job with my team, just in 4 season got promoted from second to premier, and would like to try with u21

NTDB cleaned up somewhat...
no longer includes 22yr old players..well theres around 3-4 i missed... you or future coach will have to decide on a squad and can add them to the "U21 squad" option on it if wanted.
or ill do it some other stage.

my next thing will be deleting players who wont play any future games at NT levels, so wont affect the U21s,
i guess i could cleanup the U21s also. theres probably a few players at 21 who clearly wont progress anywhere near any team and it will be obvious now.

looking at mids and strikers, mids are reasonable as you said with wheneham and reddy, then we have a few options who are kidna 4-5x excellents or close to... maybe a few more defenders stuck in midfield.
strikers are pacey. we have one who is brilliant striker, but lacks pace or anything. with a winger he cud work but we dont have a winger :(

I agree, but we can create winger;). and in this way will have more chances, with more tactical possibilities. Not happen again what happened with Cymru. He watched and saw that Ireland plays only with the same tactics and blocked most dangerous players. I had bad luck, many failures, not to say that in the first match with Denmark if playing with a winger, could make the difference.

besides that reddy is best "winger" but hes also best defensive mid :P

players do not know, I said that we create, of course, if there can be. Reddy can play winger and defensive midfielder that can put a defender with side;), you can adjust tactics. I just came up with some solutions to have more tactical options.
