btw, what does a winger have to have to be successfull ?

all 4 main skills needed for every midfielder: pace, technique, passing and pm
i personaly prefer a stronger left part, with pm around 11 but depends on the tactic.
real winger Stelică Ilieş, but was needed passing as much as possible, to be successful for the U21 Romania

I hate it when promising youngsters are injured in NT matches. Maybe it's better not to play each week if you see this. Whenham out for 14 days :(

am really liking the use of U20 as we are incredibly strong at U20 level :)

thats true that oponents are strong, but as well our 21y players are weak we look much better in u20 thats why i organized games against u20

lost 1:3 against Turkey u20, now we can see how much behide we are after top teams, Whenhan as att was my mistake to weak for their defenders

it seems that this time you have not got right coach. It is unacceptable that in five matches to have four defeats, with teams playing the same caliber or worse. I'm sorry to see that the U21 Ireland became so bad, with great potential.
Advice for coach: change tactics and maybe you will win.
