Subject: U21 National Team

Finally finished. Cut the database down from 380 to around 260, we need a lot of updates but we're not short of valuable players coming up.

i wont do anything about NTDB, just U21 if doing stuff.. it shouldnt be hard for the NT manager to follow up on the U21's then after that to be honest.
even if there is 1-2 others assisting either.

i suppose the he is a one or two skill monster.
but still usefull against stronger team.

thats my assumption also, but any of the decent players we have are one or 2 skill monsters.. any who are actually half decent go on to be NT players :)

should be outstanding or incredible x2, without secondary skills, or maybe with low stamina.
with a normal DEF training.

surely higher for example i have this guy on 5600 wage or whatever, and he has decent secondaries.. id say 2x brilliant probably.. or divine/outstanding or sth like that.. assuming poor secondaries

but isn´t necessary brilliant x2; if your player have high pace, his wage and value is high too.
example:

Stamina: formidable (11),   Keeper: unsatisfactory (2)

true.. pace is a major factor in the wage in my experience.. so could be similar to him, just maybe lower secondaries or lower def.
either way hes probably our best defender, since we were playing a guy who has outstanding def last game, and quite poor pace from what i remember

After looking at the scouting tool I've put in requests for some of the more valuable or interesting players that aren't in the database.

If he actually got involved on the forums he might have had a chance. I've just been talking to him, he's got a fantastic striking/wing prospect.

i'm affraid a lot of u21 team has already begun to arrange friendlies for next year. :(

i think it's important to find weaker opponent for next year to save our position. we should start to search opponent. but i wouldn't like to arrange friendlies before the end of the election. as i see executor has a great chance to win, too. what do you think guys?

will executor be using my schedule next season, if he win the election?

I wouldn't worry about making plans yet, experience tells me there's no point and everyone is in the same boat. You won't have any problem finding games

my guess is he wouldnt have a problem.
same every year.. when i did it i had no trouble arranging matches in the week after the election.. took a good bit of work though and lots of onlineness..
handy to get it over and done with though!
