If anyone still hasn't sent their U21 players to the database could you please do so asap.

I only realised that i dnt have any Irish U 21's in my team;p

It all has to be done eventually and he's in a competitive league. A player probably would have been better but he's no space and anyone decent costs more than a million.

My stadium is always full but i ain't got money for any improvements..

The NT is weak, the two NT coaches are the worst managers in Ireland, so it can only get better! ;-)

No, seriously, even though Ireland is a pretty small sokker country they're doing well, mainly because of the great work of Nin and all the other active Irish users over the last seasons.
Would be great to see Ireland qualifying for the next WC, but it's gonna be very difficult to achieve this! ;-)

I don't know hom many season Nin already was in charge of the NT ...
I was NT coach a few season ago, yes ...

I'm not up to date with the player skills, but Ireland surely doesn't have the quantity of good players in comparison to Austria.

i wanna assist to get better and better (:

All bases are covered and with Welchy taking over the U-21's it gives me more time to focus on the national team. Youth monitoring is in place, the best players are being watched, the database is setup, the newbie guide is done. We're just about as good as we can be if you ignore my occasional tactical screwup ;) There really is nothing for you to do that i cant easily do myself.

so i can just observe the games and tell you maybe what's wrong in my mind ;)
