i`m prety sure will will be 2xoutstanding next season and i hope he will also get some random pops..for the moment i don`t have assistants but i will take 3 outstandings next season for a better training when i will promote

he ill play U21 when he is age 20 though for sure if former coach was right abuot his talent

i know but he wll definitly be outstanding defender in the first weeks of the next season

defender is most important skill :)
i will have 4 players better than him next season though ;)
and im not sure all will play even...
so when he is 20+21 he should be playing :)

of course, i bet most of your defenders are better than him right now..and i`m not pretending him to play the next season, 20-21 is fine :)

26 days injury - 19 remaining-such a pain at this age, reduces any chance of him turning into a great striker

that striker is an example.. he would have played for u20s match but he was injured

oh dear. :)

please hire three assistant. if you dont have so much money, good assistants are cheap but its important to develop the players faster. i hope that you will consider my advice, and you wont waste phillips. ;)

bad news, but he is still a nice player, so dont worry, he will be in the squad soon!
i think next season he can be first team player!

3 formidable is much better than nothing!

you will see, that your players will develop much faster than before. :)

i`m sure it will be very hard for me with the finances being in the 6`th league but i will make it untill i promote

for f sake - i only have 2 trainee strikers -last week 26 week injury and now this in my friendly damn damn

make friendlies with weak teams and put them in corners so they don`t hit the ball..this way, the injury risk is minimum
