Subject: U21 National Team

I am prepared to co-operate to guide new users, promote and help Irish users with youthschool, trainer selection, etc... I know it's important to win matches with the U21 team, but provide a solid base with Irish users is equally important. Maybe with the help of a well known Irish user we can achieve a lot on this.

What sort of tactics would you see as useful for U21 level?

Tactics should be set depending on the players that we have and opponent.
U21 players have a weak stamina, so they can't run too much.

In general I think that more compact tactics work best with U21 teams. In sokker playing with wingers is nice, but if you don't have enough passing power or your winger hasn't enough technique 9 of 10 of the passes to the winger will go out. And that's most of the times the case with u21. Offcourse variation must be possible sometimes. In u21 I think it's important to work on the weakness of the other team and adapt to that, so it can be dirfferent each week. Further : if your defs have mainly defending you play with a lower defense to avoid they are caught in pace and have to tackle from behind. If you can speak in general I think a solid base is important with some adaptations regarding your own weaknesses and those from the opponent.

I recommend Sheo for Irish NT. He's very active and has all need ability.

I'm an experienced tutor so helping other people is my main role in this game. Of course, I will also help all Irish users. I will help everyone, but the most important thing for me will be to have good results with the national team. With my experience and abilities I think I can achieve really good results. Also my good Polish friends who know many great tactics will help me to boost the national team to even higher skill level. Very important for me is the future of the national team in the next seasons. That's why I will organise u-20 and u-19 matches and I will give a chance for young and talented players to play. I'm very active and known user in Poland so you can be sure I will be a solid choice. Also I will be a very active user in all things involving the national team. as long as he doesn't play anti-injury tactics, he is a nice bloke with good tactical knowledge (except for winger movements as he doesnt want to take my advice there) :p

Hi, my name is Claudiu and i`m from Romania. I am a very dedicated user, in this 2 years i had in sokker i managed to make a strong team with good results , most of them against stronger teams. I would really like to manage your u21 national team and i`m sure i would do a really good job. My favourite tactic is 4-2-3-1 with wing but i can customize it according to the available players and opponent. I know what is Ireland`s level at the moment, i even trained some players that are in the squad, i watched matches, and i believe this team is perfectly capable of qualifying to the next world cup.

Do all candidates plan to do match previews/reports for each match?

Personally I would like to do that (sokker-related then). I think it would be nice the report is more a discussion with good/bad points in the tactics or player choice, etc... with the community. Offcourse sounds that are too negative will be deleted by Langhe. :p
