Subject: U21 National Team

of course i will discuss the matches..i will post the tactic on the association so you can see what i have in mind

hmm so many candidates :/
currently we do a 2 day in advance lineup or most managers do. then its discussed somewhat (we have around 5 active managers in ireland)
changes made if any.
then gametime.

Only friendly matches remain in this season.
We need to focus on next season and preparations.
I think we should put the young talented players, for their better development.
My useful reports will include what we have in present and what we will have in the future season, ranking, database, etc.
Reports and reviews will be for more important match and stronger teams.

Friendly games are as important as the official ones , but still i will play 19-20 yo to prepare the ground for the next qualifications.the most important think is that i can test many different tipe of tactics, so we won`t have a surprise next season.

interesting idea to show what we have coming through

the database needs a fairly big update also i think

the update of the players won`t be a problem i believe...only if the users don`t want to give the skills but i hope this will not happen to often.
pante, _united_ and spin can help me to get the player`s skills so i`ve got my back covered :P

Maybe this one has a future in Irish team and is attractive to train some tech for example for an Irish user. His multiple sales last months and his low growth in value don't suggest a nice talent, but he hasn't played too last weeks, so maybe it's still ok.

If there is one section where Ireland has a bright future, it's the forward section :)
Guess there are about 6 better ones than this one :p

i will give him pace until brilliant/magical and then def combined with tech..

you should give him defender:) pace he has enough for 19yr:)

i want to finish once and for all with pace for the next 2-3 seasons...
with his talent, at 21 yo be will easly be 2xmagical
