Subject: U21 National Team

From my point of view was not so hard, do you mean that New Zealand was difficult :P, on the contrary was a balanced program, and I could get only one victory, in my opinion were poor results with the same caliber team as Ireland. I understand that Mr Smurf had to play with teams like Nicaragua to achieve victory!!!

i dont see that he did bad, sometimes the game doesnt want you to win. thats for sure :D

once you see the database you will see the issues ;)

last season the first choice striker was tragic form pretty much the entire time lol. there wasnt really a second choice striker even..
this season the mid and keepers are poor.

I never said I had to win every game, just as with the weakest teams could achieve victory ... and I know that if strikers are weaker should help with tactics, such as wing!
This season we have players good enough to get the qualification to WC.

Without an outstanding winger, U21 wingers are useless. Cyrmu once had a magical tech one and he didnt have bad passing/pm/pace either. He was fairly useless. Scored a lot though o.O

Last season we had very good players that could be used as wing, and it's logical extreme to do nothing if not supported by other midfielders, these are tactical details...

afaik, you never had database access, so how would you know if any of those players could be used as a wing? :)

yeah we had around the same strenght mid again.

Yes, even so, I did not see the database, but know skills of players (like me preoccupied for Ireland), and Bannon may be an wing (I mean last season).

I know this season is more difficult to find an wing, but there are solutions (midoff, semi-wing ...). I try to draw one up to each player, and create a tactic depending on players who have, and thank god I got so many positive results with the team much better than me.

It may not be your aim, but it certainly comes across that your election tactic is to belittle and demean Smurf's acheivements. I do not doubt for a second he is an excellent manager, and anyone on the fence in this election will not join your side if you keep it up.

If this was someone who'd been in the community for a while, you may have found yourself facing much sterner opposition from the Irish (see the Polish user who went for the jugular against me on the elections. That didnt end well ;))
