1. I’m the candidate for Ireland manager.

*J was coach NT Crna Gora...so I have a great experience ...
*I not too bad am saying but also I am writing in english language
*I am playing this game from 2005-02-25, so I have a great experience in the game.
*I am playing already seven seasons in the IV league .I am playing in one of strongest IV leagues
*I devote very much time every day to this game
*in the previous season he eliminated me from the cup [7 rounds] only Shadow
*I got the fourth place in the league IV.27 but only from this reason I gave chances of the game to these players on whom I earned a little:

3. My plans


*I will lead this team on minimum 15 place in the ranking what the good draw will give to us to came of annual championships
*I will write commentaries after matches and I will be taking the opinion into account users
*Help new users
*Many competitions
*I will try to promote the most talented pleyers to better clubs


4. Matches

Friendly

I would like all matches play with equal opponents or the underdogs ...
If there will be such chance of ladies chances for even best players in the century of 17 years.I will want to give chances to many players who will slowly be entering to of the main NT.


5. Tactics

It is my favourite thing in this game!
I very much like to do tactics , well my abilities are most important enough universal and I am not limiting myself at for her doing to the same schemes.
Of course I am doing tactics up to my players and to a lesser degree up to the opponent.In my opinion tactics are a half of the success...

As the U21 coach needs to work closely with the NT coach do you not feel it would be better to withdraw you candidature in favour of Welchy? Him and Nin have been working closely this season and have been quite successful.

It would be unfortunate if you won just because the large Polish population playing in Ireland, who don't necessarily care about the NT, voted you in just because of your nationality.

I hope you understand this isn't a criticism of how qualified you are as a candidate :)

I'll do be doing the same. The U-21s should be a training ground for future Ireland managers.

im inclined to agree with shaneteam here.. i wouldnt mind someone who had an active part in the irish forums up until now if they knew a few players already, whos training good players etc...

someone who doesnt know the system shouldnt be in. im gonna get all regulars i know here to vote welchy, sorry mate

A. You aren't really paying much attention to this election.

or

B. You aren't really going to pay much attention to Irish users.

Neither of these options overwhelms me with confidence...

At the end of the day it's the U-21's and we're never going to win anything with them. Now for me the purpose of the U-21's was to give a chance to some of the other Irish managers and if thats not going to be the case i have no interest in the U-21's and wont be helping Pawiel in any way.

yeah well there are a number of other small countries also who have the same problems mate. i mean only the likes of poland will be able to have a squad of 30+ divine juniors like!

a lot of countries have the same size userbase as us and ours is after rising and is still rising
