I'm planning on running for U21 manager for the second time this coming season.

Had a fairly respectable record last time out:
Won: 7
Drew: 6
Lost: 3

We have a much srtonger team 2 seasons on and hopefully I can help build the team further and get in a good position for the next WCQ.

just hope strikers stay injury free, and its plain sailing! mids are a bit lacking centrally too id say, although nothing major as we have a few who can play there just lacking 1-2 attributes

Everyone in that list will have decent enough teams, no real whipping boys so far.

agreed. he really learnt a lot over his first season as U21 coach - which i failed to do in a number of ways..
best guy for the job, although id love to see Nin take a stab at it at some stage, to see how he'd do..

I considered it but it would go against the point of the U-21's, which is to try and get more Irish managers interested in the national teams.

which is working IMO.. which is also why welchy should go for senior, and let someone else run it IMO.. think we should have a presidential type thing for it, as in you cant manage U21 team more than 2 seasons, that will encourage more managers to be active in U21 respect...

2 season limit unless you qualify for the world cup. Ideally Welchy would have taken charge of the U-21's last season and stepped up this season but life gets in the way. There are plenty of other managers who I'd like to see take on the U-21's

Well if I get it then this will be my last season running for U-21.
