there since last week... since he's a good should know his approximate talent from first pop
4 week talent would be brilliant +2 junior... half way through the season after next :)
if i can improve my team a good bit this season i think junior coach improvement is next on my agenda. want some 3 week poppers :)

Talent of 3.5 I'm keeping him for now but he'll probably have to go at the end of next season.

has onyone noticed players are more rounded in skills since the update, but theres also a much higher chance the player is the minimum age? iv got a lot of 18 and 17 year olds this season... a few 19's and no 20's...
im finding it harder to get high talent players and high skills though

Yeah i've noticed. They're turning up younger but less talented.

na there just seems to be less that are very low talent is all... its like theyre all set around the 4.5 mark for me at the moment... iv had nothing below 4 in ages and only a few more than 5 at the same time

my next 2 juniors are 12 and 13 weeks away.. i feel like firing my YC :P
although they are very good and excellent.. so should be grand when they do come...
annoying to have to wait though!

bummer...onyl saw the age after i was about to say i would be happy with him as a striker trainee... i bought 19 year olds like him for 50k..and that was overpaid..id say ull get about that for him...hopefully 30k like!
