Beavers 5th best marks in premier this week..? whats going on???

I was surprised to see best of the west that high up also...
Lucan are really beginning to get up to proper marks also in 1.3.. thought id be able to compete with them this season, although looking at this, think i might struggle to do so, as the best i can hit id say is a 43...

Interesting to see cremartin slipping down the list also.. they were in the premier for ages i was sure...

Do players get more training if a friendly goes to extra time?

You can't get more than 90 minutes training in a game. I'm not sure whether subs get training in extra time

Afaik training stops at 90 minutes.

hmm... just passed the 5M total player value mark... have 3 keepers now though so thats gotta change :/

just sold a striker for a little less than i bought him, although he gained 3 lvl pace and 1 lvl in every other skill except striking. so my question is why didnt i get more for him ??

he was 22 when i bought him , 25 when i sold him on tuesday evening.

in his last match for me he only rated 52 compared to an average of 58. his form was superdivine.

any clues for making the most out of transfers ??

He had far more potential aged 22 than he does aged 25. For 3 seasons of training, he hasn't improved very much.

Buy 16-17 year old players with talent below 4, who have not that good skills. (Price max. 312 500 $ per player) and train them till 20/21

Then you will be able to sell them for at least 3 125 000 $ each. At least.

At the moment it seems like it's almost impossible to make profit with a non-trainee, regardless of the players age. You need to be pretty lucky with the ups, that's probably the only chance to make profit ...

Additionally for a striker the most important skill (when it comes to selling) is striker. Pace could be trained for any player, technique could be trained by defender or midfield coaches aswell, while striker clearly needs to be trained only by striker coaches. And since he didn't improve in striking in 3 seasons I think that's one of the main reasons why you didn't get more for him ...

depends on the time of season also.. plus yeah..,. opnly 3 levels of pace in 3 seasons... if he was trained directly, he would get probably 3 levels in each skill (depending on how high each one was)

Remember when you buy a player at 22 you're still paying a premium for his 'potential' future value. For non trainees a better age to buy is 24. Keep for 2 seasons then sell and repeat- that way you won't lose too much value on them. Another good trick is to buy players like this just before you start any pace training- that way they get the benefit as well as your regular trainees and you might even gain a bit of value.

1 last question, is the day and the time important to set a transfer ?? seems like most of them are on monday and tuesday evenings.

they're on monday and tuesday because people get online saturday and sunday - 2 day transfer ;)

its called bargain tuesday also just fyi :)

seems to vary the whole time though.. if ya want a good judgement, look at the online numbers over the week at certain times, and aim for that time next week with the sale when most people are online... thats just my opinion.. but it means there are more potential buyers
