It wasn't a Polish admin responsible for his banning, I'm trying to argue the case in private right now.

So am I but polish admins have been trying to get rid of him for the looong time, they have banned him many times for no reason - a jokes like that are being made on polish forum regularly or even in 'jokes' topic in freestyle international and no1 makes big deal out of it but because it was someone they didn like, they decided to let him go...rtg said it was his idea to kick him out which i dont frankly believe

What I've been told is he has repeatedly broken forum rules and despite being forum banned and fined, has continued to break the rules so my sympathy is somewhat waning.

Now my view on this is breaking forum rules should lead to a forum ban and in this case a permanent forum ban would have been a better option but the staff (and they were unanimous) felt that repeatedly ignoring the warnings was enough to ban him. I don't agree and I've always felt that you should only be banned from the GAME for breaking GAME rules, whereas breaking FORUM rules should lead to a FORUM ban. To be honest though, the guy was pushing his luck.

repeatedly broken forum rules

bullshit the only reason he got so many bans was because he was 'uncomfortable for staff' and if any other user would say what he did we'd get maximum 2 day ban..And admins are following the rules? Im sure you've heard what gaudin did last season..a DAY before the match which decided about league championship between HIM and KZ he called up ALL of HIS PLAYERS for not nt FRIENDLY..

Yep I'm very aware of it but I'll emphasise these words

Repeatedly (and I do mean REPEATEDLY)

Unanimous

The Polish admins aren't allowed to act without agreement from the others. I don't agree with the decision and I think they've handled him wrongly all the way but seriously, the guy was pushing his luck.

Have u read the interview yeah ? if il have time 2mro i can find at least 20 users who done the same by goin into jokes topic and il find jokes about religion or skin colour

You don't need to, I know it happens all the time and that's not the point here.

The facts are he was warned multiple times. Fined, forum banned, told to behave and he continually ignored these warnings.
Now whether you agree with what he was warned for is irrelevant. If you're warned about your behaviour and you then continue to ignore the warnings you're really bringing it on yourself. I don't think he should have been banned but I'm somewhat lacking sympathy when you've been warned as many times as he was.

what he was warned for is irrelevant.

No it loada crap and thats the thing, id say at least 90% of polish users stand by his side, he used to get bans for mentioning admins in his post even tho he didn accuse them of anythin, thats why i cant and will not agree with it
2011-03-31 01:43:25
You're not getting this

The admins were unanimous. Not 1 or 2 Polish admins, not 4 or 5, all of them. Inside and outside of Poland, none of them stood up for him. Bias from the Polish admins in this case is irrelevant.

Secondly. He was warned about posting questionable stuff. I actually read the post in the world cup forum and it was clearly an unfunny joke but, if you're told not to post stuff like that and you ignore the warnings, it's your own fault.

In my opinion he should have been given a permanent forum ban and that would have fixed this problem. I cannot for the life of me understand why that did not happen.

In my opinion he should have been given a permanent forum ban

They done that about 2 years ago to the user called bajtak, he was much more vulgar and offensive and yet they didn kick him out...i really dont get it

Link to explain WTF is going on? Very lost here

Bullet points

Polish national manager got banned for some questionable humour

Polish national manager wasn't very popular with the admins

Last season former Polish national manager and admin tried to damage his team before the last game of the season by playing all his players the day before the league decider.

Madrista thinks it's a conspiracy against the banned user by Polish admins

I'm pointing out that it was a decision taken by all the admins and that the guy brought it on himself but shouldn't have been banned.

2011-03-31 02:08:06
Who told you all admins voted against him? I've been told they cant give me this info because what goes on between them stays between them so someone is lien here
2011-03-31 02:11:42
Votes werent unanimous, but there was over 50% agreement. Also, as Nin says, it was decided among all 28 admins, not the 4 or 5 Polish ones.
2011-03-31 02:12:44
Why was he banned from the game not as Nin said forum?
2011-03-31 02:16:39
its the usual next step.
warning (once or twice)
forumban (2, 5, 10days)
forumban + fine (10, ... days + 50k euros, 100k, 200k, ...)
forumban + fine + final warning
game ban

sometimes steps are skipped. Eg, if you had a warning for racism and do the same thing again, you'll probably skip the second warning and 2 days. But that depends on the admin. For heavier fines (so the 2 latest options) or for sure for the last option, several admins (if possible, all) give their opinion.
