ochtos owner is banned. i dunno is it perma or what.
either way, he had his juniors set before it for last weeks cup game, so its not gonna be another team staying in the prem for ages after it.
50 rating though and probably mainly a young team, so they will be around for 5-6 seasons, and will cause considerable annoyance as an opponent in first division

The cheating has a major effect. As you say loss of income for teams failing to advance in the cup but more significantly there is the fact that Ochota survived in the Premier coz he rigged it to play Pogon in the qualifiers and also Pogon has a history of buying Ochotas players thus giving him extra money to build his squad to stay in the Premier.

hmm true i guess.
still the second squad needs to make an ok profit to do that too.
either way yeah you are right. surprised it took so long to spot so if it was the case. guess he just wasted a load of time on nothing in the end, proving its not worth it which makes me glad too, but then again as u said, other teams suffer as a result.
its good that he didnt have his main squad out for the ban anyways.
EDIT: actually he had a fairly strong team out against me in the cup so its possible he had a few matches set in advance and mite have a strong team just yet
