How often was he popping? What level is your junior coach?

My junior coach is solid and he popped every 6 or 7 weeks, I think. I wasn't really keeping track of it.

Any idea how good their talent is- if they went up in level every 3 or 4 weeks in the junior school they could train up fairly quickly.

every 5-6 weeks as i recall, will train them in friendlies i guess

Yeah- I try and work out how good I can get juniors by the time they're 23 to see how worth it they are. I'd give them a go and if something better turns up in the meantime you can sell them on...

Training his stamina

How often did he go up in the junior school? Let us know if you are selling him- I'm sure some of the many striker trainers will be interested :)

every 4 weeks he popped a level.

Might have to sell him at the end of this season but at the moment he'd be my first choice striker if his stamina was better so i dunno.
