Subject: Random Skill Increases

Is everyone else getting a load of skill pops in skills that aren't being trained? I got 5 this morning, wondering is it talent or coach related or just random...

Higher skills on things you are not training with your coach = more likely to get random pops.

Ultimately the perfect coach would have unearthly in everything, but you have to strike a balance of whether the random pops will pay off or not. If you have just your trainees and pad out the rest of your team with a bunch of oldies, a standard unearthly main skill coach will be enough.
