Jim McManus excellent 7 (pop next week - talent 4) (outstanding +2)
George Wright very good 9 (talent 3.5 in 2 pops so far) (formid-outstanding)
Jamie Risk formidable 9 (pop next week talent 4.25) (brilliant)
Paddy Chandler very good 12 (will be formiddable)


thats probably the best run of juniors iv ever had... 9 weeks is going to be a savage week also.. both can be 17 i think and wright looks to have insane talent

I got a good at 34 weeks yesterday, here's hoping he's talented

possible divine at that!

am running a test into users in first divisions with youth schools there now...
EDIT: assuming most premier sides will have a school as its important for club i think :)

Update on it..turnipfish seems to have the best school.. and he has churned out a lot of good youths over the last 2 seasons.. good few formiddable/outstandings/incredibles if i remember correctly

whats the reason for that ?? the relation between benefit and costs seems way unproportional. i really think an incredible coach is almost enough.

For youth coaches the only thing that matter is their general rating. You get what you pay for.

What's the best way to hire a coach?

My brilliant guy is on 50k a week so i think I should get a new one

Yes, far far too expensive.

i pay 19k for my incredible yc

My Magical is only 41k. So 50k for Brilliant is way too much
