Personally I'm not convinced they're worth the amount they'll cost you. Certainly not as a main coach or as an assistant.

was gonna replace my youth coach with him................outa money @3mill though

That depends on what you bought him for. As an assistant or youth coach he's fine. As a head coach he's not good enough for what you paid.
