My coach setup is good. I use this coach as my main one:

Roland Hamilton, age: 53,
wage: 12 705 £
club: Mcoi, country: England
outstanding coach

Training effectiveness:
unearthly of stamina, unsatisfactory of keeper
unearthly of pace, unearthly of defender
outstanding of technique, brilliant of playmaker
excellent of passing, good of striker

I have 2x excellent assistants and 1x solid. My youth coach is excellent, but not wage optomised as I use him when I train passing or tech.

Yeah- I think I need to look at optimising my coaches wages a bit more :) I'm spending more on a formidable than you are on your outstanding- how long did it take you to find him?

I'm spending 76830£ on salaries :P

I think I got him on my first go at looking for a coach like that!

Spent ages looking for a unearthly tech and passing coach on the flip side though.

My setup is more efficient than yours :P.

Sorry I mixed it up. I'm spending 60 315 £ on coaches

edit: pff- Those saturdays. Didn't mix it up :) Last sum was with players salaries :P

holy crap, I'm only spending €18 600 on coaches wages and €39000 on wages overall
