My sokker carreer:

My Team won 6 championships (League I) + 3 Romanian Cups :)

Experience with other NT's ? :

Yes ,1 season with Romania ,and 2 with Moldova.


I promise you that I’ll do my best.
If you consider that I'm a good coach then VOTE ME! ,I know i have less chances to win if an older user from Ireland will decide to compete ,too. But I'll try anyway...if it isn't to be this season, maybe next one....Good luck to all of you, and may the best wins!

How would you improve on the current system of management?

A NT Staff with all users , the experienced users to Help me when Ireland have heavy matches , others like scouts , etc. Something else , I don't know , if you have other ideas , tell :).

you dont seem too bad anyway... will hold off on my vote obviously, but so far..it seems you are one of the best prospects in terms of league success etc...
plus Nin has nothing bad to say (so far) which is always good :)

best of luck in the running.. in terms of userbase, we have about 15 people active, and the majority of whom dont care about NT really... so yeah, scouts etc, are only needed for opponents, although all managers so far have kinda done things by themselves in terms of the work...

For me is not a problem to work with few users , but for performance the NT need more active users..I hope to win ,but now I see , just some users are active and read the Forum :(.

that's what i thought before i tried it for the first time:P

I'd like to see his results with Moldova and Romania. Being a league champion is all well and good but this job requires someone who can operate without the best players.

Results? I was coach in 2006 and 2007 ,when the NT`s had very weak players, maximum excelent-formidable defenders..etc :) , Right now in my squad I have players who play for National Teams , so I know to operate with good players.
