NHace [del] to All
Hello all,

I am writing this notification in order to show my willingness and want to become the head coach of the U21 Ireland team. I know my detractors will say that I have only just started and that I have no idea what I am doing, but I disagree with them on this point. I have been furiously studying tactics and talking with others in the US and elsewhere, getting information on different teams and players as well as tactics and other international managers. I have also looked through the roster of the U21's and I feel that I can bring a new different approach to the team. I can definitely promise you that I will always be on here as I am hooked to this game and constantly online. If you want someone who is driven and will work hard to gain the best results while also making the squad as a whole better then vote for me, NHace.

Thank you for your time and feel free to ask questions...thanks again

Good questions...I want to coach Ireland because I am an Irish-American who has been over to Ireland five different times going throughout the country and loving every minute of it. The longest I stayed their at once was a semester abroad when I studied undergrad...I did a semester at NUI Maynooth and also played rugby for the school there. As for the tactics question, I will be honest their are times that I may make mistakes, but all those that are candidates will also make mistakes as well lol. I feel that if I am given the chance I will work my hardest not to disappoint, as I love Ireland almost as much as I love the US! (I'm hoping to get back to the Emerald Isle soon for some craic...lol)

Feel free to ask me any other questions that you have madrista...i appreciate them and I want to convince people of my ability.

You seem like a bright guy but there's no way you can learn NT level tactics in a month, not a chance in hell. I've been in this game 3 years and had charge of the national team for 6 seasons and I'm still working on improvements. I've looked at your club formations and they look like the default formations the game provides.

Well thank you for saying I seem bright lol...jk (I really do thank you though). But seriously, I understand the concerns of the tactics and yes I have based my tactics off of those default formations but frankly I don't have the talented players necessary to allow for success with anything other than the basic tactics. However, with the much more talented players of the U21's I will be able to push strikers up along the wings or different tactics I have been working on in order to get some goals into the net. I know that I will not be perfect, but I have to say that I don't think that anyone that will get the position will be perfect...you have pretty much said that yourself. I will always be looking to improve and I will, that I can promise you. Let me know of any other of your questions and if you want please vote for me.

Thank you for your question and your time Nin

"yes I have based my tactics off of those default formations but frankly I don't have the talented players necessary to allow for success with anything other than the basic tactics."

I'm not getting this logic. Your players are rubbish, so there's no point in creating a decent formation for them? The default formations are abysmal and you'll get no success with them. At the moment there's also no way to us to work out whether you actually tactically adequate.

Sorry Nin,

Let me clarify that statement. What I meant by that is my players will not allow me to put a diamond formation in the middle with two strikers up top and a strong back four. I do understand that the basic formations do not work. I also understand your concerns whether or not I am adequate or not...I don't know how to calm your fears Nin, I guess the best thing to say is that I will work very hard to get victory for the U21 team...I'm sorry I can't give you more...I just don't want to lie to you about anything I will or wont do.

the default tactics in the game are absolutely abysmal is what he's saying...
sorry man, but my vote is going elsewhere...

bset of luck running for NT coach elsewhere...

I like your enthusiasm and the Irish connection, but i need to base my vote on experience so my vote is going elsewhere. Best of luck in your league though

Thank you both for your consideration and I totally understand your vote. Thanks for the support...maybe I'll get your vote next time you two lol.

Cheers,
NHace

P.S. I will now resign from the race and give my thumbs up (not that it matters...lol) to Welchy, as it seems I have no shot now. Good luck for your team!
